John W. (“Woody”) Ledford (Principal):  With over 36 years’ experience in tax and accounting, Woody focuses his practice on the accounting, tax and business development needs of small businesses and their owners.  After spending seven years with the local CPA Firm of West, Johnston, Turnquist & Schmitt, Woody has addressed these needs both as an outside CPA and in-house as Controller and CFO.  Woody’s goals are threefold: to provide “big Firm” resources through strategic alliances; to provide the personal service individuals should expect and a growing business needs; and to assist in development of a simplified structure that promotes efficient growth.

Caitlin L. Cannon (Team Leader):  In addition to handling client's daily and monthly bookkeeping and reporting needs, Caitlin heads up our payroll department. Using Intuit Online Payroll, she provides a cost-effective, outsourced alternative to what can be an onerous and expensive part of your business. She has worked with QuickBooks since 2008, including extensive experience with QuickBooks Online. 

Carole H. Ledford (Client Specialist):  Carole’s background with small business offices' needs makes her eminently qualified to head up the Firm’s bookkeeping practice.  Depending on a client’s needs and expectations, Carole provides services both on-site and remotely, filling roles ranging from bookkeeper to office manager and strives to follow the Firm’s mantra of keeping things simple.  Carole has worked with QuickBooks since 1996, including Intuit Merchant Processing and Online Payroll.
